CRITERIA:
Must be able to get on and off the ground independently (use of a chair or wall is okay); must be able to manage 1 hour of exercise with short breaks; must be able to walk independently (with or without poles or a cane).

 

INITIAL ASSESSMENT INFO:
We require all potential boxers to complete a 90-minute assessment with our Head Coach. Cost is TBD. Please fill out the forms below before meeting with the head coach for your assessment. NEW FORMS COMING.

 

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
One-on-One Personal Training – Minimal to no assistance required. Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork, and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents.
