CRITERIA:
Must be able to get on and off the ground independently (use of a chair or wall is okay); must be able to manage 1 hour of exercise with short breaks; must be able to walk independently (with or without poles or a cane).
INITIAL ASSESSMENT INFO:
We require all potential clients to complete a 90-minute assessment with our Head Coach.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
One-on-One Personal Training – Minimal to no assistance required. Sessions include warm-up, a variety of forced intense exercise, cool down.
